So, that's a little slice of who I am. The "services" pages tell you what I do. I'd like to use this space to share my why.

Here is a slightly out-of-date picture of me because you're supposed to have a picture on these things.

But here's my actual favorite picture of me.

Bonus: I want you to know that values really matter to me. Click my favorite pic to read more about what I value and how it shows up in my work.

It is my purpose and vision to be someone who lifts others up, who comes alongside leaders and guides their success.

There is a story in the Old Testament about Moses and the Israelites having to face a battle. Moses received direction from God to keep his arms raised above the battle field so that they would win. But Moses got tired. When his arms drooped, the battle turned. It looked like they would lose.

Here's the thing. Moses wasn't alone. His brother, Aaron, came alongside him and helped hold up his arms.

Picture it. A dedicated and purpose-driven leader. The type of challenge that takes time, focus, and energy. The ache and fear in your body, mind, and heart, telling you that you will fail. And then help arrives. Someone who is willing to be right there with you, doing the work that means you can do this. You can win.

I like to imagine this happening in a modern boardroom and not an ancient battlefield. A tired leader, frustrated and exhausted from the demands of constant change, uncertain economies, and workforce needs. The well-meaning colleagues who have all the advice. "You should take a vacation." "Have you tried asking AI?" "Come on! You've got this!" And then someone says, "I can help."

Every Moses needs an Aaron. And every leader needs someone who will help. This is help that goes beyond encouragement or advice. It's help that does nothing more than address the problem with knowledge and experience, clear communication, simple and sufficient solutions, action-oriented planning, and a big helping of kindness. That's my why: to help.

Whether it's one-on-one coaching, team training, learning and development strategy, talent and succession planning, or evaluating ways to improve culture and employee engagement, I am here to work at your side, for your success.
