​The trick is making certain that how people lead and what people learn all connect to the bigger picture - the company's priorities, values, goals, mission, and strategy.

If they don't, then the culture isn't sustainable.​

"Culture" is the shared set of beliefs, values, and behaviors everyone contributes to their workplace.
