In a similar way, personal values are the things that we say matter to us. In either case, values demonstrate what is important and what will guide choices and behavior.

I'm fortunate that my personal and company values are one and the same. Creativity, humor, and grace matter to me in every aspect of my life. And I am committed to providing services that both reflect these values and reflect them.

For example, take this website. This is not the first iteration of the one23ltd site. I tried very hard - more than once - to publish something very professional and just right. I hated it.

So, I tore it down to the studs and started over with a new vision. I had to give myself grace for trying but not succeeding. I wanted a website that looked like something I had made (many of the elements you see here are hand-drawn to create something that looks like my note-taking). I gave myself permission to not take it all so seriously. I hope you see this reflected here and know that I promise to deliver the same for you.
